Vertical Dark Ride
The newest generation of drop towers delivers a real free fall feeling without any pre-noticeable movement of the gondola on top, before disconnecting it from the drive unit. This crucial function guarantees a most surprising release to the free fall.The Drop Towers are available with straight or round gyro gondolas as well as different heights.
All our Drop Towers are equipped with individual lap bars for the highest safety standards while giving more freedom to the rider compared to the over the shoulder restraint.
The towers are apt for indoor or outdoor installations. Even semi-portable versions are available.
The Vertical Dark Ride offers additional free falls per ride cycle, by moving up and down various times. A fantastic option for multiple indoor story telling at different levels. Depending on the story, the ride can start with a free fall. Accordingly the loading and unloading would be at a higher point, e.g. at mid -level.
