Observation Gyro Drop Tower
The Observation Gyro Drop Tower is a combination of a leisurely ride and a free fall from the highest Ride point. The gondola slowly rotates around the tower during the lifting time. At the top position of the tower, the gondola stops the ascent while it can continue turning.
The real freefall experience is followed by very smooth braking effect. The programming contains also a version, whereby the free fall is avoided: The gondola goes down slowly.
The Towers are available with different heights. All our drop towers are equipped with individual lap bars for the highest safety standards while giving more freedom to the rider compared to the over the shoulder restraint.
The newest generation of drop towers delivers a real free fall feeling without any pre-noticeable movement of the gondola on top, before disconnecting it from the drive unit. This crucial function guarantees a most surprising release to the free fall.
